Job Description

Applied Innovation is seeking to fill the role of On-Site Production Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day production print site operations for one of our client locations, as well as assisting with end-user equipment service issues as they arise. The role is based out of the Southfield, MI area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail oriented, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a collaborative, team-focused mindset. Essential Job Functions Print Center Management Operate high volume production print equipment and office equipment and accessories. Complete print production, delivery, and output requirement needs of the production Print Center Manage all site production print workflow needs Document creation capabilities Responsible for on-site inventory of production parts and supply items Equipment Fleet Management First responder/ First level triage Service call reporting and resolution Liaison with client IT Additional Responsibilities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues professionally. Key contact for both the Applied Innovation Customer Loyalty Center, Service and Sales departments. Maintain daily logs & reporting. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail with the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy. Task oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team and customer goals. Experience in production print and inventory management helpful. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires background clearance along with client clearance requirements.
