Job Description

NTRL is offering the opportunity to work in an ever-changing and growing environment! We produce Hemp Edibles, Tinctures, Salves, and much more. We are looking for a Part-Time Production Associate to join our team in a floating role across kitchen, peeling, packaging, and shipping. If you're dependable, adaptable, and bring a great attitude every day — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Rotate across production areas including kitchen prep, peeling, packaging, and shipping as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established procedures and quality standards Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Complete tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
Versatile and willing to learn — no two days are the same Positive, team-first attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, day shift 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling available
Compensation:
Starting pay: $15/hr during 4-week training period Review for increase after training period
