Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to assist in the operation of production machinery. The role involves loading and unloading materials, monitoring equipment, inspecting materials, and adhering to safety and quality procedures. The position requires the ability to consistently lift 30-50 lbs throughout the shift and follow detailed work instructions. Responsibilities Assist in the operation of production machinery. Load and unload materials efficiently. Monitor equipment to ensure proper functionality. Inspect materials for quality assurance. Follow safety and quality procedures diligently. Consistently lift 30-50 lbs throughout the shift. Adhere to detailed work instructions. Essential Skills Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. Work Environment This role operates in a manufacturing setting with shifts available from 6 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. The work requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Traverse City, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
