In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom drapery pieces, ensuring each product meets our exacting standards. Your expertise in garment construction and sewing will help transform raw materials into elegant finished products that delight our customers. This position offers a vibrant environment focused on precision, creativity, and teamwork, with opportunities to develop your skills in manufacturing and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble drapery components with precision and care Cut fabric and materials accurately according to specified measurements and patterns Construct garments and window treatments by following detailed instructions and quality standards Manage fabric and product inventory within the warehouse setting to ensure smooth production flow Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to design specifications Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during production processes Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while upholding high-quality standards Experience Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment Skilled in operating various sewing machines with confidence and precision Familiarity with fabric handling, cutting techniques, and finishing processes Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory management and logistics Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us in creating stunning drapery pieces that enhance interior spaces!
