General Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in our production line for the new ramp-up phase. You will be responsible for assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring that parts are inspected before being boxed for shipment. Our team rotates positions to accommodate preferences, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience. Responsibilities Assemble materials and operate machinery on the production line. Inspect parts for defects before packaging. Box inspected parts for shipment. Rotate through various positions on the production line as needed. Essential Skills A minimum of 6 months recent experience in manufacturing. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with visual inspection for defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. Demonstrated longevity in previous jobs, with at least 8 months at each of the last three positions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with mechanical and machine operation is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
