Trystars team members are our most important asset, we are in search of a Production Support Clerk for our operations team. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystars Production Support Clerk position is an important part of Trystars plan to become the worlds foremost custom solution provider. The Production Support Clerk plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precise and efficient production of components used in various industries.

Enjoy the journey We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way. In this role you will get to: Defect tracking and reporting. Data collection and report generation. Assisting with and providing hands on improvement with projects supporting the production floor.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating the Busbar machine, ensuring compliance with company and industry safety regulations.
Production Monitoring:
Monitor the process flow of production tasks, searching for ways to improve in all areas. Maintain a steady workflow and promptly address any deviations or inefficiencies.
Documentation:
Accurately record production data in Epicor, machine settings, and maintenance activities to maintain production records and assist in process improvement efforts. This also includes daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow and meet production targets.

Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which are necessary to properly operate the equipment and manufacture the product.
Process Improvement:
Continuously seek opportunities to improve bending processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma2 years experience in data collection, data analytics and aptitude to understand how manufacturing equipment works together in a line to produce high quality products.2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment or have general knowledge of metalworking, bending and tooling.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.

Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Basic computer apps understanding and comprehension
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Technical secondary education is preferred. Perform simple mathematics to comprehend and interpret process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. and to keep accurate account of materials used during manufacturing process including scrap amounts.
