Shift Racking/Unracking Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a 1st Shift Racking/Unracking position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position involves loading and unloading parts from racks, preparing materials for production, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto and off production racks.
• Inspect parts for visible defects or damage.
• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Assist with additional production duties as needed. Requirements
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
