We work 12 hours shifts, with a schedule of 3 days on 4 days off one week and 4 days on 3 days off the next week. - West is looking for a motivated operator to join our top-quality production team. In this role, you will perform labor along a production line. Operates, inspects, and troubleshoots production line machinery and /or assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Visually inspects, ensures, and assembles parts in process to quality specifications, being aware of critical visual and dimensional defects and determines acceptability of the parts, based on customer specifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- + Minimum 18 years of age + Able to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English

Experience:
1-3 years of experience, ideally in manufacturing and/or clean room environment +Education:
High School Diploma or GED + Experience with cGMP practices, ISO, and medical device manufacturingTravel Requirements:

- + Medical Device manufacturing requires strict adherence to standards.
