From Field to Fork"-Production is where the beginning of a wide variety of products become part of your family's meal. Be part of a team that supplies food to the tables across the US, Mexico and Canada.
Perform sorting for any defects and foreign material in raw or finished goods area. Trimming stems and tops from produce using knifes and machetes. Distribute product evenly into dicers. Raking beans, winter squash, zucchini, and asparagus onto conveying system. Unload peas into hopper by using mechanical hydraulic lifts. Assemble totes, place liners in cardboard totes, and ensure produce is labeled correctly. Have the ability to stack 28-pound pails of puree. Knowledge of calibration verification of IQF scales.

Position Purpose Summary:
Production line associates clean, cut, inspect, package and label commodities from the raw stage through final product while maintaining a clean and contaminant free worksite.
