Job Description
About the Role We are a high-volume cannabis processing facility manufacturing edibles, vapes, and concentrates. We're looking for a reliable, experienced production team member to join our growing operation. Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing of edibles, vapes, and concentrate products Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment Accurately track inventory and product movement using METRC Support flexible scheduling needs across production shifts Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older (state-licensed facility requirement) Prior experience working in the cannabis industry required; processing facility experience strongly preferred Kitchen or food production experience a plus Basic understanding of state cannabis compliance rules and regulations Basic knowledge of Michigan's seed-to-sale monitoring system (METRC) Reliable transportation required Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends as needed Compensation Based on experience
