Job Description
Job Overview Printyco is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of graphic design experience working in a commercial printing or sign company and be capable of creating production-ready artwork while supporting daily print production operations. This position requires someone who understands both design and print production workflows, ensuring high-quality results and fast turnaround times. Responsibilities Design signage, banners, vehicle wraps, apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials. Prepare production-ready artwork for large-format printing, DTF, vinyl cutting, CNC, and digital printing. Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs. Collaborate with customers, marketing, and production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality results. Perform file setup, preflight checks, color correction, and quality control. Create basic videos and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred). Maintain organized project files and meet production deadlines. Assist with production, finishing, packaging, and installation preparation as needed. Qualifications Experience in graphic design within the printing or sign industry preferred. Hands-on production experience with large-format printing and print preparation. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, RIP software, or web design is a plus. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Portfolio showcasing design and production work is required.
