These are permanent, full-time positions (contract to hire) Pay increase when hired on as a full-time employee 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available As a Production Associate , you will support daily manufacturing operations by ensuring quality production that meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Load and unload machines with raw materials and work-in-process (WIP) Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Perform pre-start and daily production checks (operator checklists, poka-yoke, oil levels, air pressure, tooling inspection) Conduct hourly quality checks , follow Red Bin and non-conformance procedures Report safety, maintenance, quality, engineering, or logistics issues immediately Maintain a clean and organized work area (daily/weekly) Support continuous improvement and follow EHS and plant safety standards Qualifications & Skills Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse work is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Willingness to work assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)

$16.00 - $17.85 per hour
