1st Shift Production Team Member

Description:

Looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values teamwork and continuous learning? Ventura Manufacturing is seeking full-time Production Team Members to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality components and assemblies used in furniture, automotive and other consumer products. You'll work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, learn multiple jobs throughout the production process, and contribute to a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently Rotate between workstations and learn multiple processes Maintain quality standards and follow work instructions Work collaboratively to meet production goals Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Contribute to a positive team environment built on trust, respect and accountability
