Job Description

Elsmore Sports, one of the largest and most successful swim team dealers in the U.S., is looking for an entry-level, detail-oriented Heat Press / Heat Transfer Operator to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Apple Valley, MN. If you're crafty, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in getting the small details right, we'll train you to operate our heat press equipment and produce high-quality garment customizations based on customer orders.
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Heat Transfer Operator to join our team. No prior heat press experience is required—we provide training. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on, crafty work and can follow instructions closely. You will apply heat transfers to garments using small and large heat presses, fold and repackage items, return orders to the appropriate bins, and monitor inventory of heat transfers so we can reorder as needed.
Responsibilities:
Operate small and large heat press machines after training. Follow work instructions, order notes, and placement guides to apply transfers accurately. Inspect your finished work (and support teammates as needed) to ensure quality, color, and placement meet standards. Fold, repackage, and return customized garments to the appropriate bins. Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace; follow all safety rules without exception. Communicate clearly with team members and ask questions when something is unclear. Monitor heat transfer inventory and let management know when supplies are running low. Package and prepare orders for shipping.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Crafty / hands-on mindset and comfort working with garments and tools Willingness to learn (we will train!) and ability to follow instructions closely Ability to stand for 5 to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
Hours:
Full-time, 30 to 40 hours per week
Pay Rate:
Starting at $18.00 per hour (entry level, training provided); up to $22.00 per hour based on experience. Pay increases with proficiency.
