Job Description

Dayton Rogers specializes in Metal stamping, prototyping, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, tooling, and engineering. Objective:
Operate machinery to produce parts that meet customer specifications while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operate tools and machinery as per experience level. Align, secure, and inspect workpieces for accuracy. Follow blueprints and work instructions. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Provide feedback on process improvements. Train personnel as assigned (Levels IV-V). Complete paperwork and maintain records. Promote and adhere to safety protocols.
Environmental Exposure:
Oil, grease, and noise levels up to 88 dB.

Schedule:
10-hour shifts, 4x10
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills. Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in setup and operation of equipment
Physical Requirements:
Standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs. Manual dexterity and close vision required.
