Pay Estimated:
$18.95 - $21.95/Hour U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law We are hiring a Manufacturing / Production Operator to support electronics and mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, rework, and refurbishment in a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience with electronic and mechanical assemblies, hand soldering, cable harnessing, wiring, Bills of Material (BOM), schematics, drawings, measuring equipment, electrical testing, and production work order tracking systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform complex repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, Bills of Material (BOM), work instructions, and production documentation. Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing according to established methods, techniques, and sequences of operation. Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and complete final assembly of small systems. Perform basic electrical testing to verify proper assembly and system functionality. Conduct inspection activities using established polarity, workmanship, and quality criteria. Perform complex rework and refurbishment of hardware, assemblies, and systems. Use measuring equipment and applicable manufacturing tools to support assembly, inspection, and testing operations. Maintain accurate production and work order tracking documentation. Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to applicable quality specifications and manufacturing procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying opportunities to apply AI and other technologies to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience. Knowledge of electronic and/or mechanical assembly processes. Knowledge of polarity and applicable inspection criteria. Experience reading and working with Bills of Material (BOM), basic schematics, and drawings. Experience with applicable work order tracking or manufacturing management systems. Knowledge of measuring equipment and manufacturing-related math. Ability to perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, assembly, inspection, and basic electrical testing.
