All Flex products can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications. We are seeking Production Specialists to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Weekend shifts at our sites at 9401 James Ave S Suite #120 and 1200/1208 West 96th Street in Bloomington, MN 55431 We are paying a $2,000 new hire bonus! Responsibilities Read and follow route sheets. Read and understand blueprints within the route sheets. Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools. Load panels through conveyor machine. Review and inspect work according to IPC standards. Move work orders with the Paradigm system. Participate in, implement, and create continuous improvement ideas. Eventually cross train to perform skills outside of initial area. Become a certified operator. Maintain cleanliness of specific area. Requirements High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 18 years of age. Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable working with chemicals and fumes. Able to read, interpret and follow customer and IPC specifications. Able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands and occasional respirator usage. Able to do fine detail work with hands. Able to work overtime as needed to support business needs. Very strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable entering information to a computer. We offer a competitive hourly rate in the $20 to $25 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
