The initial assignment will focus on component preparation activities including tinning, trimming, forming, connector population, and assembly preparation. The role also supports assembly, soldering, cable harness fabrication, hardware integration, testing, rework, and refurbishment of electronic and electromechanical systems. The hiring manager is seeking a production professional with electronics manufacturing experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and hands-on assembly expertise.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, electronics assembly, or related experience. Experience with component preparation processes, including tinning, trimming, forming, and connector population. Ability to perform electronic and mechanical assembly of modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, cables, drawers, and subassemblies. Experience reading and interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation. Hand soldering experience and knowledge of electronic component installation. Cable assembly and cable harness fabrication experience. Knowledge of polarity requirements, inspection criteria, and electronic assembly standards. Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs) and work order tracking systems. Ability to perform hardware integration, final assembly, and basic electrical testing. Experience performing rework, repair, refurbishment, or modification of electronic hardware. Proficiency with measuring tools and basic manufacturing-related math. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused manufacturing practices. Ability to follow established manufacturing processes, methods, and assembly procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based manufacturing environment.
