Powder Coat Lead Apprentice Location:
Brainerd, MN Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift:

Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor wood powder production equipment, including computerized and automated systems Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications are met Conduct preventative maintenance to maintain equipment performance and minimize downtime Optimize production output while reducing waste and scrap Troubleshoot issues and make real-time decisions to support efficient operations Collaborate on research and development initiatives, including testing new materials and improving production processes Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain industry-leading products and technology Follow all safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Every role makes an impact. Manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience or ability to learn forklift operation required Strong communication and teamwork skills Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
