Job Description
At Sheridan Minnesota, your work doesn't disappear into a spreadsheet—it becomes books, catalogs, and printed materials people use every day. If you've worked with machines, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality, we'll train you to run high-speed printing equipment.
This is a 1st shift position
Ensure paper is loaded and monitor pH and conductivity of fountain solution on presses.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What We're Looking ForNo bindery experience? No problem—we'll train you.
We're looking for people who:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have a High School Diploma, or GED.Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)Take pride in doing quality work.
Show up reliably and work well with a team.
It's a plus if you have:
Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
Graphic arts and/or technical school background.
Physical & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.
Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
On your feet for most of the shiftAbility to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
