Production Operator RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should:

Have previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredBe dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learnHave strong attention to detail and organizational skillsWork effectively independently and as part of a teamPossess basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesFollow all safety policies and proceduresBe able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 poundsBe comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shiftProduction Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Operator, you will help ensure production goals are met by:

Loading and unloading molds and materialsOperating rotational molding and related production equipmentConducting tool and mold changesOperating overhead hoists, pallet jacks, routers, impact wrenches, drills, torches, and other power toolsPerforming quality inspections on finished productsCompleting production paperwork and following established proceduresSupporting continuous improvement initiativesMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssisting with other production duties as assignedSchedule & Pay1st Shift Production OperatorMonday through Thursday5:30 AM to 4:00 PM$20.00 per hour2 openings available2nd Shift Production OperatorMonday through Thursday3:45 PM to 2:15 AM$21.00 per hour ($20.00 base pay plus $1.00 shift differential)2 openings availableWork EnvironmentThis manufacturing environment may include:
