We are seeking candidates for a Production Operator position for a Company in Buffalo, MN. A Production Operator for this company will and should have knowledge of metal stamping and/or experience in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing:

Operate production equipment of various sizes and functions such as punch presses (18T to 225T), tappers, counter sinkers, sanders, grinders, brake presses, chucker's, spot welding, etc. Produce parts to meet production standards (number and quality of pieces) Very strong eye-hand coordination required Ability to work independently Attention to detail Ability to read blueprints a plus Keep clean area and adhere to all safety policies Good communication skills Ability to operate a forklift Polish and deburr metal parts as needed and require Uses a variety of precision measuring instruments and tools to inspect deburr work performed; ensuring proper tolerances are maintained. What makes you a great fit: Some manufacturing experience preferred; but not required Ability to complete jobs on-time and meet deadlines Be willing to work and have a desire to learn Frequently required to sit; talk, hear, and use hands or fingers to handle; feel; reach Frequent standing and walking Ability to sit/stand for extended period per day and lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Must be able to pass a drug screening Why work with our client?
