Monday-Friday Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Seasonal Mailing Machine Operators to join the team at Smartpress in Chanhassen, MN! This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in mailing, machine operation, direct mail, printing, fulfillment, packaging, or production . If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply! Available Shifts 2nd Shift - Priority Opening Monday-Friday | Night Shift This is our #1 hiring priority Initial training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift 1st Shift Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Additional openings are also available on the day shift. Job Responsibilities Operate mailing and production equipment safely and efficiently. Operate and assist with inserters, tabbing machines, envelope sealers, and other mailing equipment . Sort, organize, and prepare postcards and other mail pieces for processing. Monitor equipment and production processes to help ensure quality standards are met. Follow production schedules and complete assigned work accurately and efficiently. Follow all applicable USPS regulations and mailing requirements . Inspect finished mail pieces for accuracy and quality. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Qualifications Previous mailing, machine operation, or production experience preferred . Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment. Previous USPS or postal industry experience is a plus . Knowledge of USPS regulations and mailing procedures is helpful. Experience in printing, direct mail, fulfillment, packaging, or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and production requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and ability to work throughout the seasonal assignment.
