Operator I Paint Booth Strongwell Corporation - 3.2 Chatfield, MN Job Details $19.45 - $21.45 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Quality control data reporting Fiberglass Continuous improvement Data collection Clean workspace maintenance Preventive machine maintenance Tracking inventory levels Spray guns (painting, coating and spraying tool) Entry level Full Job Description The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Learn to spray coat fiberglass product needing in-house painting, with a trainer present. Learn the preventive maintenance of the spray booth. Learn what supplies and replacement parts are necessary for day-to-day operations of the paint booth. Learn to perform other miscellaneous painting duties as needed and keep spray booth area neat and clean. Collect data, as trained, to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project. When time allows, assist in any area of the Assembly Department needing help or backup. Assist in taking inventories as needed. Work overtime as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned and directed. Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
