Retirement plan Duties of the tube bender:

Set up and operate manual, CNC, or hydraulic tube bending machinery to bend metal tubing to exact print specifications

Select, install, and adjust custom tooling, dies, mandrels, gauges, and fixtures required for each job setup

Inspect finished tubing assemblies using precision measuring tools to verify bend angles and geometric tolerances

Identify non-conforming materials, execute basic machine troubleshooting, and complete daily production logs Requirements of the tube bender:

6 months or more of hands-on metal tube bending experience in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, process sheets, and engineering drawings

Proficiency using precision inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and grasp continuously throughout the shift
