Join Our Team as a Powder Coat Line Specialist SkidPro Attachments | Detroit Lakes, MN $19.00-$25.00/hr + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking to join a growing, family-oriented team? SkidPro Attachments in Detroit Lakes is hiring for our 1st and 2nd shift! We manufacture large skid steer attachments and need motivated individuals to help us maintain top-quality finishes through our industrial powder coat line.
What You'll Do:
As a Powder Coater, you'll be an essential part of our production process, with responsibilities that include: Prepping materials for paint application Applying powder coatings using industrial equipment Monitoring the curing process to ensure proper finish Performing routine maintenance on powder coat line equipment Moving materials using forklifts Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience with industrial powder coating or similar manufacturing roles preferred although can train from the ground up Ability to operate forklifts Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Team player attitude with a willingness to learn
What We Offer:
