Job Description

Job Title:
General Production Worker Job Summary Help restore garbage trucks and cement mixers by cleaning and preparing them for painting. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced, team environment using tools and industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare trucks for painting using industrial sprayers Restore trucks from early prep stages to paint-ready condition Use hand and power tools safely Wear protective gear (including a rubber suit in some areas) Assist with general production tasks like assembly, machine operation, and packaging Move materials and equipment (forklift use if qualified) Follow all safety rules and keep your workspace clean Work with a small team to complete projects on time Stand and perform physical work for up to 10-hour shifts Basic Requirements 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to stand and do physical work for long shifts Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Comfortable working in hot conditions while wearing protective gear Basic mechanical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction or manufacturing Forklift or material handling experience Machine operation or packaging experience Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail Why Join Us? eye/ear protection, steel-toed boots, jeans Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
