Monday through Friday, 2:30pm•11:00pm Starting wages are based on experience and skill level:Entry Level:
$15.00•$17.00/hrIntermediate:
$17.00•$19.00/hrAdvanced/Lead:
$19.00•$23.00/hrResponsibilities:
Manual Assembly:
Use hand tools and small machinery to assemble multi-part wooden products.Finishing & Sanding:
Hand-finish and inspect products to ensure smooth edges and a high-quality aesthetic.Quality Control:
Conduct visual inspections of every piece to identify defects, color inconsistencies, or machining errors.Packaging & Labeling:
Accurately pack finished goods into retail packaging and apply correct barcodes for shipment.Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to "7S" workplace organization standards.Skills & Qualifications:

A commitment to ensuring every product meets high-end retail standards.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand regularly and lift up to 50 lbs.Hand-Eye Coordination:
