Working Hours:

Monday through Friday, 2:30pm•11:00pm Starting wages are based on experience and skill level:

Entry Level:

$15.00•$17.00/hr

Intermediate:

$17.00•$19.00/hr

Advanced/Lead:

$19.00•$23.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Manual Assembly:

Use hand tools and small machinery to assemble multi-part wooden products.

Finishing & Sanding:

Hand-finish and inspect products to ensure smooth edges and a high-quality aesthetic.

Quality Control:

Conduct visual inspections of every piece to identify defects, color inconsistencies, or machining errors.

Packaging & Labeling:

Accurately pack finished goods into retail packaging and apply correct barcodes for shipment.

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to "7S" workplace organization standards.

Ability to stand regularly and lift up to 50 lbs.
