General Production Worker

Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description The role involves loading and unloading the shot blast machine with shooting targets and cooking steel pans. You will also be responsible for accurately prepping, palletizing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, operating various types of equipment, and supporting production tasks. Responsibilities Load and unload the shot blast machine with shooting targets and cooking steel pans. Accurately prep, palletize, and ship customer orders. Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency. Operate various types of equipment to support production tasks. Essential Skills Experience with forklift, packing, inventory, and picking. General labor and packaging skills. Proficiency with RF scanner, material handling, pallet jack, and order picking. Ability to handle unloading, loading, and general production tasks. Capability to perform heavy lifting and warehouse packing. Experience with RF scan gun, production, labelling, warehouse inventory, order pulling, and palletizing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Able to lift 50 lbs and stand during shift. Previous machine operating or production experience preferred. Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elk River, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
