Production Operator Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Production Operator is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Perform routine inspections of products and equipment. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and quality. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or as required). Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Working Conditions Manufacturing or production facility environment. May require shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed. Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures depending on the facility.Benefits & Pay:
Starting Pay:
$14/hr.- $20.50 Paid Every Friday! Direct Deposit and/or Paycards Available. Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements). Medical Coverage
