To Get The Job You Need:

High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (we provide training) Comfortable reading instructions and using basic measuring tools Good problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs. during shifts How You'll Spend Your Shift Set up and operate machines for imaging, screenmaking, slitting, and ink mixing Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards Keep machines running smoothly with light maintenance Follow safety guidelines and keep your work area clean Support teammates and help train new operators
