Dandelion Naturals | Hayfield, MN $17-$20/hour based on experience | Approximately 32 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts. Dandelion Naturals is a growing natural products manufacturer located in downtown Hayfield, Minnesota. We make our entire product line in-house and ship our products to customers and independent retailers across the country. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on position. You'll be working with raw materials and finished products throughout the day, following established recipes and procedures, and helping us keep production moving efficiently. What you'll be doing Your daily tasks will vary, but may include: Measuring and preparing ingredients according to established formulas Making and packaging natural body care and household products Pouring, cutting, and packaging handmade soap Making products such as lip balms, salves, laundry products, shampoo bars, conditioner bars, dish soap, and more Labeling and preparing products for wholesale and retail orders Keeping production areas clean, organized, and stocked Assisting with inventory and production supplies Preparing finished products for shipment Following established recipes, procedures, and quality standards Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Helping wherever needed in a small-business production environment What we're looking for The right person doesn't necessarily need previous manufacturing experience. We can teach you how to make our products. We're looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing things well. This is a hands-on production position and is not a desk job. The work involves standing, walking, lifting, repetitive tasks, and working with raw materials and finished products throughout the day.

Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and efficient Comfortable following recipes and written instructions Able to work independently once trained Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work Organized and able to stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday Able to lift boxes and supplies as needed Comfortable working in a production environment A team player with a positive attitude Someone who takes pride in producing a quality finished product A little about us Dandelion Naturals started as a small business and has grown into a nationwide natural products company. We currently sell through 800+ independent retailers in all 50 states , as well as directly to customers through our website. But we're still very much a small business. Everything with the Dandelion Naturals name on it is made by us in our facility in Hayfield, Minnesota . We start with raw materials, create our own formulations, manufacture our products, package them, and fulfill our own orders. We care deeply about the quality of what we make—and we're looking for someone who cares about their work, too.
