Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Hoyt Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality molded products while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with machinery, staying active throughout your shift, and seeing your work come to life, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do as a
Production Operator:
Operate rotational and vacuum forming machines to produce molded parts Load and unload molds and perform mold/tool changes Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform secondary operations such as trimming or finishing components Use tools and equipment including hoists, routers, torches, and pallet jacks Complete production paperwork and follow established procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Need to Bring to the
Production Operator Role:
