We are seeking a full time Production Woodworker & Paint Finisher to join our team. As a Production Woodworker & Paint Finisher, you will prepare wood components for use in our assembly process as well as finish completed cabinets with water-based paint. Report to the Production Supervisor Prepare and sand products for painting Paint products with water-based paint in a ventilated paint booth Operate table saws, routers, drills, sanders, and other machines and power tools Fabricate wood parts for products according to part specifications Inspect products for quality standards Track and meet productivity goals for tasks assigned Maintain a clean and safe work environment in this safety sensitive position Other duties as assigned Production Woodworker & Paint FinisherWhat You'll Bring:
Must be 18 years of age or a 17 year old high school graduate Previous painting experience required- 2+ years experience preferred Previous production woodworking experience preferred
- willing to train a painter to be a woodworker Stand and walk for 2-3 hours between scheduled breaks Carry, lift, lower, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs frequently Carry, lift, lower, push, and pull objects up to 100 lbs occasionally as a team lift Wear, use, and maintain personal protective equipment Understand and follow oral and written instructions from your supervisor and peers Reliably commute or relocate to Hutchinson, MN 55350 for this on-site position What We Offer•Competitive Compensation Package Starting wage based on experience, range of $21•$24 per hour Guaranteed annual wage reviews PTO accrual starts the first day on the job Company match 401(k) up to 4.
