WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Control Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the centralized control room, operating the press line, and ensuring continuous and smooth operations of press runs. In this position, one must be able to communicate effectively with other team members, supervisors, and external parties to ensure smooth, safe operations and efficient problem resolution.

Shift :

Monday-Thursday 6pm-4am (this schedule may vary due to production needs)

Compensation :

$25.00 w/ $3.00 shift differential

Sign-On Bonus :

A total of $5,000, paid in two installments -$2,500 after successful completion of 6 months of employment -$2,500 after completion of 12 months of employment

Job Responsibilities :

Continuously observe and analyze data from various systems and equipment to ensure they are operating within acceptable parameters using human-machine interfaces Promptly respond to alarms, alerts, and emergency situations by taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks, maintain safety, and minimize downtime Follow established control procedures to regulate and adjust equipment settings, parameters, and processes as needed to maintain optimal performance and compliance with operational requirements Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements where necessary Respond to emergency situations such as fires or accidents Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or failures Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment Use a variety of hand tools and equipment while performing cleaning, maintenance, or assembly tasks May operate material handling equipment Perform all duties in accordance with safety standards and expectations

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
