Shift Differential:

Starting Pay:

$24.98/hour.

Rapid Increases:

Get 3 pay raises within your first year of employment.

Additional Pay:

Earn a $1.25/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The Role You will play a vital role in our foundry, ensuring every piece we produce meets the high standards our customers expect. You will be placed in one of two key areas:

Casting Department:

Handle the creation of molds and cores, manage the pouring of molten iron, and perform quality assurance tests.

Finishing Department:

Serve as the final "quality gate." Use grinders, de-gating tools, and specialized equipment to bring castings to exact customer specifications.
