Temp-to-Hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Finishers / Molders for a leading manufacturing company in Maple Plain, MN. In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality molded components through assembly, finishing, and molding processes. What You'll Do:

Perform leak testing, inspection, and finishing of tanks and molded components Set up and assist with mold/tool changes and production processes Conduct secondary operations such as routing, flaming, and fiberglassing Read and follow work instructions, job orders, and procedures Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately Identify and suggest process improvements or cost-saving ideas Support multiple areas within production as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment What You Need to Bring to the

Production Molder Role:
