Manufacturing Associate - 4 Day Work Week $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour Starting Pay Menahga, MN Three-Day Weekends Most Weeks Omega Hardwoods is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing operation. We offer a consistent four-day schedule, competitive starting pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Whether your experience comes from manufacturing, construction, farming, warehousing, landscaping, automotive, or other hands-on work, we are willing to train reliable individuals who are ready to learn. Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Most Fridays Off Occasional Friday overtime available What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery Assemble and build wood products Inspect finished products for quality Move materials throughout the production process Maintain production flow and efficiency Follow safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Construction, warehouse, farming, or industrial experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Work Here?
