Bilingual Translator & Production Operator (Evening Shift) Monday•Thursday | 3:00 PM•1:30
AM Pay:
$20/hr Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about teamwork and communication? We're looking for a Bilingual Translator & Production Operator who can help bridge communication between English•and Spanish-speaking team members in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Translate written materials (training guides, safety rules, work instructions, and company policies) between English and Spanish. Support verbal communication between employees and supervisors during meetings, training, and daily production. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations. Ensure cultural understanding and clear communication across teams. Assist production operations when translation support is not required. Help during emergency or safety communications to ensure full understanding. Support HR during orientations and policy updates. Perform other tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken — required). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production setting . Basic math and problem-solving skills. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks. Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to make a difference every day.
