Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by assisting with assembly, equipment handling, and quality control. Your energy and technical proficiency will help ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Duties Review work orders and explain it to machine operators. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards. Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify that component dimensions match technical standards. Manage production inventory, tracking raw materials and finished goods to ensure consistent stock levels. Maintain production logs and inventory documentations to ensure complete data accuracy. Support process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with safety standards in production. Overview the production. Follow all OSHA regulations, including the proper use of PPE (steel-toed boots, safety glasses, hearing protection). Collaborate with team members to meet production targets on the assembly line. Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, bend, and stand for extended periods in a loud, non-climate-controlled factory environment. Comfort working with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Computer knowledge is must ( Excel, Word). Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
