$26/hour to start and bumped to $32-35/hour after 120 working days We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. This role involves staging shipments, moving products with a sit-down forklift, labeling products correctly, and filling chemicals. Our facility manufactures and distributes chemicals for industrial, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include filling totes, cleaning them, scraping off labels, and re-labeling them. The position also entails manual filling, staging for shipment, loading, and unloading trucks using a forklift. Responsibilities Stage products for shipments. Operate a sit-down forklift to move products. Correctly label products and handle chemical filling. Fill totes and clean them. Scrape off labels and re-label totes. Complete manual filling processes. Load and unload trucks using a forklift. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience in a production environment, preferably GMP regulated. 3+ years of forklift experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Strong ability to follow instructions and take orders. Safety-oriented mindset. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a chemical production facility that is clean but can be dirty due to the nature of the work. Protective wear, including face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits, is provided for handling chemicals. The facility may have odors of ammonia or chlorine. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with a rotational shift one month out of every 9-11 months working from 8 am to 5:30 pm. Flexibility is required to cover shifts that extend to 10 hours per day.
