Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Laborers. In this role, you will support daily operations by handling and processing industrial 55-gallon drums in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in production and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Unload empty 55-gallon drums (30-35 lbs) from incoming trailers Place drums onto a conveyor system for automated cleaning and processing Separate drum lids and place them onto an alternate conveyor line Monitor product flow through mechanical washing stations Conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure cleanliness and production standards Stack finished drums onto pallets in the shipping area Prepare pallets for pickup by shipping personnel Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
Note:
Drums are used by major companies such as Kraft, requiring consistent quality and attention to detail. Qualifications Required Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to continuously lift and handle items weighing 35 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Preferred Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience Experience working in a factory or production environment Familiarity with quality inspection processes Skills General Labor Factory/Production Work Quality Control Awareness Attention to Detail Teamwork and Reliability Experience Level Entry Level Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
