Oakdale, MN Pay Rate:
$23.50 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8 am-4:30 pm Your Grind. Your Goals. Your Payday. This Manufacturing Coordinator job in Oakdale is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. This position will provide coverage for a temporary medical leave and is ideal for candidates with experience in printing, manufacturing, production planning, job scheduling, or related operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, printing, production planning, scheduling, or related experience preferred Strong computer skills with experience using spreadsheets and business software Advanced knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Excel Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Excellent time management abilities Job Duties Coordinate and support print production schedules and workflow Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment Monitor production timelines and ensure deadlines are met Use computer systems, spreadsheets, and software programs to track work and production activity Collaborate with team members to support production goals and customer requirements Maintain accurate records and production documentation Assist with job planning and scheduling activities Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Coordinator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
