Job Summary:
Support the receiving, processing, and shipping of agricultural products. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, collecting product samples, loading finished goods into rail cars, bulk trucks, totes, and bags, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and ship products safely and efficiently. Unload trucks and collect product samples. Load finished products into rail cars, bulk trucks, totes, and bags. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and incidents promptly. Work collaboratively with the production team.
Requirements:
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Comfortable working at heights, in varying temperatures, and in confined spaces. Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and bending. Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork. Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
