Our helpful staff is trained to provide excellent customer service in a fun, friendly, and clean shopping environment.

This position provides primary merchandise pricing support as well as sorting of product as necessary. Ensures that product is priced appropriately and that all production quotas are met.

Intellectual and Development Disabilities Major Responsibilities:

Determines pricing for donated items, comprehending better qualitySorts and processes donationsMakes quality decisions concerning merchandise (what to keep or discard)Tags and hangs clothingMaintains successful working relationships with volunteersHelps train and work with volunteer groupsWorks independently without constant supervision

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred2-3 years Thrift Pricing Experience preferredAble to communicate effectively with customers, donors, and volunteersAble to lift boxes and bags that weigh 30-50 lbsAble to stand, walk, bend, and stoop continuously throughout assigned work shiftAble to work varied hours/days as business dictates The above is intended to describe the general content & requirements for this position.
