Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required We are seeking a dependable Lamination Assistant to join a growing manufacturing team. This position supports the lamination process by assisting with material preparation, equipment operation, and production tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with the lamination and production process. Operate and safely use hand tools and power tools, including drills and saws. Accurately measure materials using a tape measure to 1/16″ increments. Prepare and handle materials throughout the production process. Maintain compliance with company safety and quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient. Assist with additional production and shop duties as needed. Qualifications Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment. Not sensitive to odors or willing to wear appropriate PPE, including a mask if desired. Experience using hand tools, drills, saws, and other shop equipment. Strong tape measure skills, including the ability to accurately read measurements to the nearest 1/16". Blueprint reading experience is helpful but not required. Strong attention to safety and quality. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Flexibility to assist with other shop duties based on production demands. #NowHiring
