Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 1st shift Screen Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining screen press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and understand job packets, work instructions, and drawings. Set up, operate, and clean production presses. Perform quality inspections throughout the production process. Accurately count completed parts and production quantities. Complete all required production and quality paperwork. Catch finished parts at the end of the production line and stack them neatly. Assist with pre-press and post-press operations. Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work independently with minimal supervision when required. Assist in other departments or production areas as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand job instructions and basic drawings. Basic math skills. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to adapt to frequent changes in production schedules and priorities. Dependable, punctual, and ready to work at the scheduled start time. Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed. Willingness to learn new tasks and work in different production areas. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay:

$20.00

•$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
