Job Description

Production Associate Location:
Saint Paul, MN Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift (Mon-Thur) 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM . Duties
  • Assemble medical devices using small components
  • Perform routine quality inspections
  • Complete production and build documentation
  • Build and package products for evaluation, validation, and manufacturing
  • Verify calibration status of equipment
  • Perform line clearance before new build lots
  • Follow operating instructions, process packets, and GMP requirements
  • Segregate non-conforming materials and notify Engineering
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Report equipment issues to leadership
  • Assist in training new Assemblers Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months medical device assembly experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to stand for full shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom with gowning and PPE
  • Team-oriented work history medical device assembly
