Opportunity:

We're looking for dependable Production Associates to support the manufacturing process and help keep production running smoothly. You'll work with a team to operate equipment, check quality, and prepare finished products for shipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor Perform quality checks on the completed output Package finished goods for shipping What makes you a great fit: Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team Adhere to safety guidelines Work efficiently Meet company production standards with limited supervision Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions Previous production experience preferred Why work with our client?
