• Good hand/eye dexterity Key_responsibilities : We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed
• Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process
• Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor
• Perform quality checks on the completed output
• Package finished goods for shipping
